It's important we get you off on the right foot. So instead of a traditional gym induction, you'll start with a 1:1 Focus Session with our Head Coach to plan your fitness goals and set a workout pattern that works for you.

Four types of group classes

We offer mix of workouts to help look after your body. Become a member of Fitness in Mind and take control of your health from every angle.

All our sessions are programmed for maximum effectiveness. The exercises and format are switched up weekly so you'll never get bored with your training. All you need to do is turn up.

Power – Pure Cardio

Build your engine through movement-focused cardio sessions designed to improve endurance, energy and overall fitness. Power is your chance to move, sweat and strengthen your heart and lungs in a supportive environment. Expect low-ego coaching, high energy and workouts that leave you feeling stronger both mentally and physically.

Lift - Build Muscle

If “tone up” was a workout, this would be it. Lift is all about building strength and muscle through coached resistance training and lifting heavier weights safely and confidently. Building muscle supports your body composition, improves longevity and helps you feel stronger in everyday life.

Function – Core strength

Function focuses on stability, mobility and true strength. These sessions help you move better, improve your range of movement and build a stronger core so your body can perform at its best. By improving how your body moves and activates muscles, you reduce injury risk and get more from every workout.

Smash - Push further

Smash brings everything together. Combining strength and cardio into one high-energy session, these workouts are designed to challenge you, raise your heart rate and push your fitness forward. Expect a fun, powerful atmosphere where hard work meets confidence, energy and team spirit.
