Set-up to Succeed
It's important we get you off on the right foot. So instead of a traditional gym induction, you'll start with a 1:1 Focus Session with our Head Coach to plan your fitness goals and set a workout pattern that works for you.
Built-in Accountability
We're here for you every step of the way. You'll get unlimited WhatsApp support and accountability from our coaches. Plus, every six months we'll review your fitness goals to keep you on track.
Pre-Programmed Sessions
No need to plan your workout - leave that to us. All you need to do is show up, move and enjoy.
Access All Areas
The Strength Rooms, main gym and outdoor training area - it's all available for you to use during coached sessions.
Flexible Membership

Power – the hybrid workout

Lift - the strength workout
Lift is our signature strength training session. You'll learn to lift weights with confidence, good form and control. All lift sessions are specially designed for progressive overload to help you build functional strength in a safe environment.
Every four weeks, you'll have the chance to challenge your limits and track your progress with our 4 Rep Max workout. Strength isn’t rushed, it’s built.
Function – the performance workout
Move better. Lift better. Live stronger. Function focuses on bodyweight training to improve core strength, mobility and technique.
These sessions help you unlock better posture, greater control and safer lifting - all while building real functional strength. With expert guidance and thoughtful movement, Function helps you train smarter, not just harder.
Smash - the high intensity workout
Smash is our signature sweat session. You can expect a high-energy, team-focused workout that mixes strength, cardio and core. With partner exercises, high reps, and serious pace, it’s 45 minutes of serious effort.
Think big energy and a big endorphin hit. You’ll leave breathless, buzzing, and proud of what you just did.
Blast - the boxing-inspired workout
Fast-paced, feel-good, and full of fire. Blast brings the energy with boxing drills, cardio rounds and upper-body burn. No experience needed - just a willingness to move, sweat and release the day.
It’s a full-body workout that flies by. We’ve got spare gloves and pads for your first go. Ready to let it all out?
