What’s included in our postpartum personal training package:
A fully personalised postnatal training plan designed just for you.
Initial 30-minute consultation
6 x 1:1 personal training sessions at our gym (weekly or fortnightly)
At-home exercises to support your recovery
Weekly check-ins and coaching support
Optional, supported return to small group fitness classes
Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance)
Safe for post-Caesarean recovery
