This is your space to rebuild - gently, confidently, and without pressure. Our Postnatal Membership is designed to help you restore core strength, reconnect with your body, and feel like you again, one step at a time.

What’s included in our postpartum personal training package:

A fully personalised postnatal training plan designed just for you.

  • Initial 30-minute consultation

  • 6 x 1:1 personal training sessions at our gym (weekly or fortnightly)

  • At-home exercises to support your recovery

  • Weekly check-ins and coaching support

  • Optional, supported return to small group fitness classes

  • Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance)

  • Safe for post-Caesarean recovery
